I am terrible at sticking to new habits so I was very sceptical of the whole CTC system working but I had gotten to the point where I had to do something. Because of the frequent reminders, I found it quite easy to stick to, of course, there were a couple of times when I screwed up but it didn't take me long to get back and I can happily say that my home is much better for it.
